You will find all your tickets in the Tickets section in My Player Account.

You go there by placing the cursor on your username (email address) in the login bar.
You'll see, below your email address, 'My Player Account'.

Simply click and you will see 'Tickets' on the left hand side.
Click 'Tickets' and you will get a complete overview.
